  • Amorphic provides an option to detect malware in the files uploaded to the dataset.
  • If the file has malware in it, it can be either 'quarantined' or 'passed-through'.
  • All the file types are supported for malware detection.
  • Files quarantined are available in the S3 bucket with the '-quarantine' suffix.
  • Malware detection option is available for all types of targets - S3, S3Athena, Redshift.

  • Files must be under 300MB for enabling malware detection.
  • Encrypted and compressed files are unscannable too.
